PHILADELPHIA - Pat Christensen has been named to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Preseason Stopper of the Year Watch List. The recognition marks the third consecutive season that Christensen has received the nod.

Christensen enters his senior season as one of the most accomplished pitchers in La Salle baseball history. The La Jolla, Calif. native is the program's all-time leader in ERA (2.79) and saves (33). The senior ranks second in the school's annals in appearances (81) and seventh in strikeouts (148).
