PHILADELPHIA - The 20th and Olney team, comprised of La Salle men's basketball alumni, has been officially accepted into The Basketball Tournament (TBT), it was announced today. The Explorers will compete from July 17-19 at Philadelphia University with tickets available for purchase
here.
20th and Olney is one of 24 teams in the Northeast Region. The top eight teams in the region will receive a bye to the second round.
Fans can vote here to help 20th and Olney move up in the standings. Currently, La Salle is in 14th place.
The team is comprised of members from the 2013 NCAA Sweet 16 team and two La Salle Men's Basketball greats. Ramon Galloway,

D.J. Peterson, Rodney Green, and Steve Smith are teaming up for the first time all together to represent La Salle.
The Basketball Tournament (TBT), a single-elimination, five-on-five winner--take--all, open application tournament launched in 2014, announced the 97 team field that will participate in the opening rounds of the 2015 event.
The field will include no fewer than 125 players who have played in either the NBA or the NBA D--League, and over 500 with professional experience.
Opening rounds begin July 10-12 in Atlanta and Los Angeles, and continue July 17-19 in Chicago and Philadelphia with the final 17 playing in Chicago again on July 23-25 before advancing on to New York to play for the Championship live on ESPN August 1 and 2.
