2014: Repeated as an All-Atlantic 10 member thanks to his 6^th place finish with a time of 24:54.8 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/1)… lost in a sprint to the finish line at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) to finish second in 26:20.8… turned in a top 10 finish at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/12) with a 18:47.9 on the 6k course… ran a 25:43 at the Paul Short Run (10/4) on the 8k course for a 180^th place finish… turned in a 113^th place finish at the ISU Pre-Nationals (10/18)… caped off his year at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals (11/14) with a 84^th place finish with a time of 32:23 on the 10k course… named to the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference Team. 

2013: Won the Atlantic 10 Championships (10/2) with a time of 23:46.9 (8k) helping La Salle win the team title as well… finished in the top 5 at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/13) with a time of 18:53.38 (6k)… started off the year at the Lehigh Invitational (8/31) with a sixth place finish thanks to a time of 19:14.63 (6k)… notched a top 10 finish at the Paul Short Run (10/5) with a time of 24:09 (8k)… earned a time of 24:13 (8k) at the Princeton Invitational (10/19) to finish 13^th… ran a 30:26 (10k) at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15)… finished the season at the IC4A Championships (11/23) with a time of 25:20.8 good for a sixth place finish.

2012: Ran a 26:53.6 (8K) at the Atlantic 10 Championships (10/27)...posted a 32:50 (10K) at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/9)...placed ninth at the George Mason Invitational (9/29) with a 25:40.5 (7800m)...crossed the finish line 15th at the Main Line Invitational (9/20) with a 19:43.40 (4 mile run)...clocked a 25:24 (8K) at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/12) 

High School: Voted to all-state team and All-Northwest Conference team as junior and senior ...Class S state champion in 1600m, 3200m conference champion during senior season...member of Class S state championship team and Northwest Conference championship team
