2015: Finished 79th at the Atlantic 10 Championship (10/31) with the time of 26:21.9...Began the season at Lehigh Invite (9/4) by running a 20:17.2  to place 25th...Finished 25th at Friends Big 5 Invite (9/11) with the time of 19.42.2… 39th at Main Line Invitational (9/18) thanks to 40:42… 108th at Paul Short Run (10/2) after clocking 25:36…Competed at Leopard Invitational (10/17) and was the first Explorer to cross the line clocking a 26:23.7 and placing 18th. 

2014: Ran a 27:32.1 at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) to finish in 36^th place… turned in a top 20 finish at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/12) thanks to a time of 19:07.9… finished in 210^th place at the Paul Short Run (10/4) thanks to a time of 25:55…at the ISU Pre-Nationals (10/18) he ran a 27:17.1 for a 290^th place finish… finished in the top five on the team with a 26:01.4 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/1) to finish in 51^st place… ran a 33:05 at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals (11/14) for a 111^th place finish…finished off his year with a 74^th place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (11/22) for a 74^th place finish. 

2012: Registered a 28:16.8 (7800m) at the George Mason Invitational (9/29)...ran a 26:57 (8K) at the Princeton Invitational (10/13)...was the fourth Explorer to cross the finish line at the Temple Invitational (9/14) with a 28:36.73 (8K)...notched a 20:26 (6K) at the La Salle-Penn Dual Meet (9/7)

High School: Competed in cross country, winter track, and outdoor track, achieving 12 varsity letters...conference champion in 1600m and 3200m...member of conference champion 4x800m relay team...given the Outstanding Athletic Achievement Award as as senior...named to the Sun Papers "Runners to Watch"
