2015: Began the season by clocking 21:22.2 to finish 42nd at the Lehigh Invite (9/4)…Finished 77th at Friends Big 5 Invite (9/11) with a time of 23:39.9…Placed 68th at 21:21 at Main Line Invitational (9/18)…192nd with a time of 26:14 at Paul Short Run (10/2)…Competed at Leopard Invitational (10/17) by running a 27:04.7 to finishing 38th.
2014: Started off the year at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) by running a 28:05.0 for 55th overall place… turned in a 35th place finish at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/12) thanks to a time of 19:54.3… ran a 21:20.5 at the Main Line Invitational (9/25) for 71st place.
2013: Clocked a 21:15.62 (6k) at the Lehigh Invitational (8/31)… at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/13) he clocked a 20:15.38 (6k)… ran a 21:32 (4 mile) at the Main Line Invitational (9/26)… finished off his season at the IC4A Championships (11/23) with a time of 27:30.4 (5 mile).
High School: All-South Jersey and All-State Group 3 in 2012...member of 4x800m indoor relay team that captured the state championship...four-time coaches award recipient
