2014: Kicked off her year at the Main Line Invitational (9/25) where she was the top La Salle finisher with a time of 18:06.1 and a 21^st place finish… competed at the Paul Short Run (10/4) where she finished in 119^th place with a time of 21:52… registered a time of 23:57.8 at the ISU Pre-Nationals (10/18) for a 279^th place finish… finished in 19^th place at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/1) with a time of 18:25.2… ran a 22:42 at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals (11/14) for a 103^rd place finish… ended her season at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (11/22) with a time of 18:57.2 and a 39^th place finish. 

2013: Finished 12^th at the Lehigh Invitational (8/31) with a time of 23:42.96 (6k)… clocked a 14:51.14 (4k), good for 14^th place, at the Friends Big Five Invitational (9/13)… at the Main Line Invitational (9/26) she finished in 18:09.52 (3 mile)… ran a 22:39 (6k) at the Paul Short Run (10/5)… earned 46^th place at the Princeton Invitational (10/19) with a time of 22:43 (6k)… finished in 26^th place at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/2) with a time of 18:02.4 (5k)… clocked a 22:07 (6k) at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15)… ended the year at the ECAC Championships (11/23) with a time of 19:04.5 (5k).

2012: Registered a 15:58 (4K) in the La Salle-Penn Dual Meet (9/7)...clocked a 23:43 (6K) at the Princeton Invitational (10/13)

2011: Ran a 19:31.9 at the A-10 Championships (10/29)...finished 34th at the Navy Invitational with a 23:39.69 (9/17)

High School: NYS Scholar Athlete Award winner…Placed 14^th at NYSPHSAA cross country meet… Second team all-state selection as a senior, selected to fifth team all-state as a junior…3x S.T.A.C. all-conference selection
