2014: Kicked off her season at the Duquesne Duals (8/30) by running a 20:48.2 to finish in 52^nd place… finished in 30^th place at the Friends Big 5 Invitational (9/12) with a time of 15:36.5… competed at the Paul Short Run (10/4) and finished in 297^th place with a time of 23:33…crossed the finish line in 19:32.2 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/1) for a 73^rd place finish. 

2013: Kicked off the year with a 46^th place finish at the Lehigh Invitational (8/31) with a time of 25:09.47 (6k)… raced to a 15:44.79 (4k) time at the Friends Big Five Invitational (9/13)… finished in 40^th place with a time of 18:29.95 (3 mile) at the Main Line Invitational (9/26)… ran a 18:18.7 (5k) at the Atlantic 10 Championship (11/2)… at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (11/15), she finished with a time of 22:56 (6k)… ended the season at the ECAC Championships (11/23) with a time of 19:38.41 (5k).

2012: Ran a 17:23 (4K) at the La Salle-Penn Dual Meet (9/7)

2011: Paced the Explorers with a 24:12.50 at the Lehigh Invitational, finishing 30th (9/2)...posted a 25:01.41 at the Navy Invitational (9/17)...clocked a 24:27.2 at the Leopard Invitational (10/15)

High School: Hudson County cross country champion as a senior...1600m indoor, 3200m outdoor county champion junior and senior season...800m outdoor, 1600m outdoor, 3200m indoor county champion as a junior...voted first team all-county in cross country three consecutive years...achieved all county in indoor and outdoor track in 800m, 1600m and 3200m...member of Hudson County cross country championship teams in '07 and '08...led '08 outdoor track team to county championship
