Kevin Myles captured the Atlantic 10 1,000 meter championship in 1997 and went on to become the first Explorer to be a NCAA Cross Country Championship Qualifier, doing so in 1998. A two-time All-District II Cross Country honoree, he was also a three-time All A-10 performer in cross country.

Myles was selected as La Salle’s Male Scholar Athlete for 2000.
