An outstanding forward, Mary Greybush ranked near the top of many categories in women's basketball upon her induction, including field goal percentage (51%) and total rebounds (712). She scored 1,404 career points, including 36 against Michigan in 1991. That same year, she was named First Team All-Big 5, All-MAAC, and Third Team GTE Academic All-American.

Greybush was inducted into the Big 5 Hall of Fame 1998.
