McGlinchey put together a fantastic senior season, earning a trip to NCAA Cross Country Nationals after finishing second at Mid-Atlantic Regionals. She was a Philadelphia Inquirer and United States Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic selection during that season, and picked up All-Atlantic 10 honors by placing second individually at the league's championship.
On the track, McGlinchey finished her career with three individual records - indoor 5,000-meter run, outdoor 5,000-meter run, and the outdoor 3,000-meter run. She was an NCAA qualifier in the indoor 5,000-meter run, earning Second Team All-America honors by finishing 15th. She stood as the only Atlantic 10 runner in history to win the event three times during a career.
McGlinchey was equally adept to running on the outdoor track, where she held the Atlantic 10 record for the 10,000-meter run for seven seasons until current Explorer
El Mancini outdid her at last year's outdoor championships. As a senior, she qualified for NCAA regionals in both the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs.
