Rachel Papin Knox won ten Atlantic 10 individual championships (three cross country, four indoor track and three outdoor track) and was a six-time NCAA qualifier (three cross country, three outdoor). The three A-10 cross country titles are a conference record. She helped the Explorers to four straight Atlantic 10 Championships in cross country. Papin Knox was the A-10 Performer of the Meet six times, including three times in cross country, twice indoors and once outdoors. She set three individual school records (indoor 3k, outdoor 5k, outdoor 10k) and two Atlantic 10 records (indoor 5k, outdoor 5k). Papin Knox was also Academic All-Atlantic 10 and USTFCCCA All-Academic three times.
