HAVERFORD, Pa.- The La Salle men's cross country team finished in second place with 76 total points at the Main Line Invitational at Haverford College on Friday evening. Upperclassmen
Ian Barnhill and
Bradley Heuer finished in the top-ten point scorers on the day.
Barnhill finishing in 11
th place earning eight points thanks to his 19:50 time on the four mile course. Heuer finished right on his heels in 12
th place earning nine points thanks to a time of 19:52.
Senior
Nick Libbi was the third Explorer across the line thanks to running a 20:13 for a 21
st place finish and 16 team points. Junior
Stephen Lewandowski finished in 26
th place to earn 20 points thanks to a time of 20:22.
The final three scorers for La Salle were sophomore Nick LeFavor (32
nd place, 20:35), senior
Brendan Robertson (36
th place, 20:38), and junior
David Ozarowski (39
th place, 20:42).
Juniors
Chris Berry (54
th, 21:06),
John Pujols (59
th, 21:10), Fran Ferruzzi (62
nd, 21:11),
Ryan Magnus (68
th, 21:21), and
Trent Mangold (74
th, 21:27) were the next group to cross the line.
Senior
Chris Trimble finished in 85
th place thanks to a 21:39 time. Freshman
Daniel Kosogof ran a 21:42 for 88
th place. Senior
Justin McNabb ran a 21:55 for 99
th place and junior
Dan Rosenblatt finished in 22:03 for a 103
rd place finish.
Senior
Joseph Waddington ran a 22:21 for a 112nd place finish and sophomore
Joseph Leconey ran a 23:20 for a 133
rd place finish.
La Salle returns to action on Friday October 2 when they head to Bethlehem, Pa. for the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University.
