Philadelphia, PA - Anchored by Senior Goalie Kerry Schamberger, the Explorer defense has been putting up record-setting numbers all year. Schamberger is currently tied with Kaitlin Glass (2001) for the single-season shutout record with six.

The Explorers are currently ranked 53rd in the nation in Goals Against per Game, with 0.84. They are also ranked 61st in the nation in shutout percentage, with 0.47.

Freshman stopper Jenna Guagenti has made a huge impact. She was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Stony Brook Tournament, where the Explorers did not allow a goal, and has also contributed a goal and two assists. Junior Erin McNulty and Senior Erin Casey have also been playing at a high level.
