    Men's Soccer Player of the Week
    Joseph Siegel - George Washington
    Sophomore, Forward, Somerset, NJ/Franklin HS

    Siegel tallied a career-best five points (2g, 1a), including the game-winner in a must-win contest for George Washington...the Colonials defeated Richmond, 4-0, on Nov. 6, to earn the No. 4 seed in the Atlantic 10 Championship...tied for most points in a match (five) by a GW player this season...ranks fourth on the team with nine points.

    Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week
    Ryan Dougherty - La Salle
    Freshman, Forward, Wilmington, DE/Salesianum HS

    Dougherty single-handedly propelled the Explorers into the A-10 Championship by scoring both goals in a 2-0 must-win game over Fordham on Nov. 6...Dougherty's game-winner sent the Explorers to their first A-10 tournament appearance in seven years...the goals were scored less than two minutes apart in the 73rd and 74th minute...finished with six goals.

    Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Year
    Reba Sedlacek - Dayton
    Junior, Forward, Hamilton, OH/Badin HS

    Sedlacek posted career highs in every offensive category as Dayton claimed its eight A-10 regular season crown and fifth A-10 Championship... tallied 14 goals and six assists for 34 points, pacing the Flyers in goals and points. Her five game-winning goals are tops in the Conference...UD enters NCAA tournament play riding a 20-match winning streak, tops in the nation.

    Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Year
    Jen Simonetti - Dayton
    Senior, Defender, Copley, OH/Copley HS

    Simonetti leads a Dayton defense which has been ranked among the top 10 in the NCAA all season, yielding just 10 goals in 21 matches... has recorded 10 points, including a career-high eight assists - five of which set up game-winning goals...she is the fourth consecutive Dayton player to earn A-10 Defensive Player of the Year honors.

    Women's Soccer Rookie of the Year
    Thorunn Helga Jonsdottir - Rhode Island
    Freshman, Forward, Reykjavik, Iceland/Reykjavik Secondary HS

    Started all 22 games for the Rams and tallied four goals - three of which were game-winners - to go along with four assists for 12 points...URI earned the No. 2 seed and advanced to the finals of the 2004 A-10 Championship.

    Women's Soccer Coach of the Year
    Mike Tucker - Dayton
    10th season

    Tucker earns his second A-10 Coach of the Year award for leading Dayton to just the fifth perfect Conference season in the 12-year history of Atlantic 10 women's soccer...Tucker has guided the Flyers to eight regular season titles and five A-10 Championship crowns...UD is riding a 20-game winning streak, tops in the country...owns a 154-54-5 (.735) career mark.

    Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Year
    Holly Cram - Richmond
    Junior, Forward, Glasgow, Scotland/The Glasgow Academy

    Cram led the Spiders to their third Atlantic 10 title and is the A-10's scoring leader in goals (28) and points (64)... entered the week ranked third nationally in each category... both marks set school records for goals and points scored in a single season... started all 19 games and has scored at least one goal in 15 contests, including nine multi-goal games... ranked second nationally with 3.37 points per game and earned A-10 All-Tournament team honors.

    Field Hockey Defensive Player of the Year
    Allie Howard - Richmond
    Junior, Midfielder, Lancaster, PA/Manheim Township

    Howard, the 2003 Offensive Player of the Year, earned back-to-back A-10 Tournament Most Outstanding Player honors after scoring two goals and adding two assists in the 2004 Championship...helped her team to 10 shutouts in 19 starts playing every minute of every contest...led a defensive effort that limited opponents to just 13 goals in 19 contests... leads her team and ranks second in the Atlantic 10 in assists with 10 on the season.

    Field Hockey Rookie of the Year
    Rebecca Cunfer - Saint Joseph's
    Freshman, Goalkeeper, Manheim, PA/Manheim

    Cunfer posts a 1.41 goals-against average for the Hawks, who advanced to the A-10 Championship semifinals...entered the week ranked second in the Atlantic 10 and 17th nationally in GAA...in 1,142 minutes of play, registered six shutouts on the season, the most by a freshman at her school since 1985...a two-time Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week.

    Field Hockey Coach of the Year
    Ange Bradley - Richmond
    4th season

    Led Richmond to its third straight Atlantic 10 Championship title, including three straight undefeated Conference seasons...entered the tournament ranked 10th in the nation by the NFHCA...ranked second nationally in scoring defense (0.71) and fourth nationally in scoring offense (3.88)...making their third NCAA appearance, including their first-ever at-large berth in 2003...The 1998 Delaware graduate posts a 57-26 career record.

    Men's Cross Country Most Outstanding Performer
    Jon Ciccarelli - Richmond
    Sophomore, Southbury, CT/Pomeraug HS

    Ciccarelli was the individual champion of the 2004 A-10 Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 25:30...is the first-ever Richmond runner to win the individual crown...Richmond placed fourth in the 11-team field.

    Men's Cross Country Most Outstanding Rookie
    Andrew Vernon - La Salle
    Freshman, Westmont, NJ/Paul VI HS

    Competing at the 27th running of the Atlantic 10 Men's Cross Country Championship on Oct. 30, Vernon was the top rookie finisher with a time of 25:57...placed ninth overall...garnered Most Outstanding Rookie honors of the Championship...La Salle won its fourth consecutive A-10 title.

    Women's Cross Country Most Outstanding Performer
    Rachel Papin - La Salle
    Sophomore, Philadelphia, PA/St Hubert's HS

    Papin was the individual champion of the 2004 A-10 Cross Country Championships on Oct. 30 with a time of 17:48...recorded the eighth-fastest time in the 16-year history of the Women's Championship...is the second La Salle runner to win the A-10 individual title, joining two-time winner Sheila Klick (2002-03)...La Salle claimed its third-ever title.

    Women's Cross Country Most Outstanding Rookie
    Christa Plummer - La Salle
    Freshman, Palisades, PA/Palisades HS

    Competing at the 16th running of the Atlantic 10 Women's Cross Country Championship on Oct. 30, Plummer finished sixth overall with a time 18:12...is the first-ever La Salle competitor to be named the Most Outstanding Rookie of the A-10 Championship...the Explorers finished first overall for the third time in four seasons.

    Women's Volleyball Player of the Week
    Faye Barhorst - Dayton
    Sophomore, Middle Blocker, Fort Loramie, OH/Fort Loramie HS

    Barhorst earned her fourth A-10 Player of the Week honor after leading the Flyers to 3-0 sweeps over La Salle and Temple on Nov. 5 and 6, respectively...averaged 6.0 kills per game and hit .600 on the weekend...finished with 12 blocks (2.0/g)...had 19 kills and four blocks versus La Salle while hitting .643 in the match...added 17 kills and eight blocks against Temple with a .556 hitting percentage...leads the A-10 in blocks (1.57/g) and hitting percentage (.396).

    Women's Volleyball Rookie of the Week
    Jill Quayle - Xavier
    Freshman, Middle Blocker, North Royalton, OH/North Royalton

    Posted a career-high 13 kills and hit .722 in a 3-0 win over Temple on Nov. 5...earns her first A-10 Rookie honor...averaged 4.3 kills per game and added three blocks...marks seventh time she has recorded 10 or more kills in a match...gave up starting spot in a 3-0 sweep of La Salle on Nov. 6 for Senior Night.

    Men's Golf Performer of the Week
    Chad Spencer - Rhode Island
    Senior, North Kingstown, RI/North Kingstown HS

    Carded a three-under par 213 (70-73-70) to place 11th at the 49er Collegiate Classic, Nov. 1-2, in Huntersville, NC...helped lead the Rams to a third-place finish among 15 teams...posted two rounds of two-under par.
