PHILADELPHIA, PA - La Salle men's swimming sophomore Sean Connors-McBride (Stroudsburg, PA/Germantown Academy) was named the Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week for the fifth time this season.

In the Explorers' final regular season meet of the 2004-05 season against Lehigh this past Saturday at La Salle's Kirk Pool, Connors-McBride sprinted to victory in the 200-yard freestyle event in a time of 1:43.85. He also claimed the top spot in the 200-yard butterfly event with a time of 1:54.80. In the 500-yard freestyle, Connors-McBride added a second-place showing with a time of 4:51.95.

Connors-McBride will begin preparing for the Atlantic 10 Championships in Buffalo, New York on February 16th.
