Posted by: Sue SennerPHILADELPHIA, PA - La Salle University diver Karo Isajan was named as the Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Performer of the Week for the week ending November 13, 2005.
Isajan took first place in the 1-meter and 3-meter diving competitions this past Saturday (November 12th) at St. Bonaventure's Reilly Center. Isajan outscored his second place opponent in the 1-meter event by more thant 100 points at 332.70 - 227.25. In the 3-meter event, Isajan tallied 291.90 points.
Isajan was one of two Explroers to post a first place victory in La Salle's 169-74 loss to the Bonnies.
Isajan and the rest of the Explorers will be back in action on Saturday, November 19th when they host Rider and Delaware at Kirk Pool at 12:00 p.m.
