Miami, FL - The Florida International Panthers made it three in a row, defeating the La Salle University baseball team 2-0 in the third of three games played. La Salle falls to 0-3 on the season with the loss.

La Salle senior Anthony Boscaglia (Vineland, NJ/Sacred Heart) recorded his first appearance of the season and pitched in five plus innings and struck out two batters. Boscaglia was relieved by sophomore Gerard Breslin (Havertown, PA/Havertown). Breslin pitched in the final two and two thirds innings.

The Explorers tallied just two hits in the loss out of sophomore Rich Prall (Doylestown, PA/Central Bucks West) and freshman Dennis Burge (Doylestown, PA/Central Bucks West).

La Salle returns home to Philadelphia to host Albany this Friday, March 25th and Saturday, March 26th in a double header, before returning to Florida for a seven game Spring Break trip.
