Philadelphia, PA-The La Salle University baseball team fought back from a 5-0 deficit to take a 6-5 lead against Lehigh, only to fall, 10-8, in a non-conference tilt at Hank DeVincent Field.

 

George Hudock (Quakertown, PA/Quakertown) went 4-5 with two homers and three RBI in the losing effort.  Second baseman Billy Kern (Northfield, NJ/Mainland) went 3-4 with a run scored and an RBI. 

 

The Explorers used five pitchers in the game.  Dennis Burge (Doylestown, PA/CB West) was hit with the loss, and he falls to 1-2 on the season.

 

La Salle will be in action on Thursday, March 31 when they make-up their game against Delaware State at Hank DeVincent Field beginning at 3:00 P.M..
