PHILADELPHIA, PA - Scoring two goals in a span of one minute paced the Penn Quakers to a 3-0 shutout victory over the La Salle University Women's soccer team, Friday evening at Rhodes Field.

Penn (2-1-1) opened the scoring in the 29th minute of play as Natalie Capuano scored off assists from Nicky White and Rachel Fletcher. The Quakers added another goal 46 seconds later when Ellen Gregory headed home a free kick by Tracy Bienefield.

Fletcher added an unassisted goal in the 80th minute of play.

La Salle (2-5-1) has a week off before its next game, Friday, September 23 at Fairleigh Dickinson.
