PHILADELPHIA, PA - Coach John Giannini and his Explorers have agreed to take part in the San Juan Shootout in San Juan, Puerto Rico as part of their 2007-08 schedule.  The Tournament will be held December 20-22, 2007.

 

Other schools in the tournament include Clemson University, DePaul University, University of Mississippi, and Eastern Michigan University and host team the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.  Two additional schools will join the field.

 

Coach Giannini is excited about this event.  "Our team next year should have the experience and talent to challenge ourselves against outstanding competition.  This tournament gives us the opportunity to do that in a beautiful setting and should be a memorable experience for our players and fans."
