PHILADELPHIA, PA - La Salle swimming freshman Shannon Duval (Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago/Holy Name Convent) picked up her second Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week award for her efforts in La Salle's meet against St. Bonaventure.

Duval earned back-to-back honors after breaking her own school records in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:07.00 and in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:18.93).  Duval set her new records on Saturday, November 11th in La Salle's 136-107 loss to St. Bonaventure at Kirk Pool.  In the 200-yard freestyle, Duval also earned the goal, crossing the finish line in a time of 1:53.88.  Duval also swam the second leg of the 400-yard medley relay team (3:59.81) that finished second.
