Posted by: Sue SennerBUFFALO, NY - When the 2005-06 Atlantic 10 Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships came to an end at the Flickinger Center, La Salle's junior diver Karo Isajan walked away with his third consecutive Diver of the Year Honors.
Isajan was awarded this distinction after he tallied 603.75 points in the 3-meter diving event enroute to breaking the previous A-10 record of 558.80 set in 2001 by La Salle's Jamie Davidson.
In the 1-meter event, Isajan placed second with 557.50, also surpassing the previous Atlantic 10 record of 554.15 set by Fordham's Paul Delo in 1997.
Isajan's diving coach Diane Maiese was also diven the distinction of being name a three-time Atlantic 10 Diving Coach of the Year.
