The National Field Hockey Coaches Association released the 2005 Division I National Academic Squad for players earning a GPA of 3.0 or higher. La Salle posted 11 players on these year's team. The Explorers were also named to the Division I National Academic Team Award recipient list for boasting a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.
