PHILADELPHIA, PA - Explorer Club Member Mark Valenti was the recipient of the John A. Seitz Award at the 2006 Dad Vail Regatta. Valenti was presented with the award for outstanding service to the rowing community.

Valenti is the most recent person affiliated with La Salle to receive the Seitz Award, joining last year's winner Mike Ragan.
