PHILADELPHIA, PA - La Salle Head Softball Coach Joe DiPietro announced that Angelina Bisbiglia (Sewell, NJ/Camden Catholic) has signed a National Letter-of-Intent to play for the Explorers in 2007. Bisbiglia, who could see time at first base, outfield and designated hitter, was named First-Team All-Olympic Conference and First-Team All-Parochial. She was also voted the offensive most valuable player in her last two years at Camden Catholic.

"I'm excited to have Angelina come to La Salle and be apart of our softball family," DiPietro said. "I think she will give us another weapon offensively that will go well with all the players we have returning. She comes from a great family and is the type of student-athlete we are recruiting."
