WINTER GARDEN, FL - John Lorenzo's (Laguna Hills, CA/Laguna Hills) 76 led a trio of Explorers to break 80 and score a team total of 314 in the opening round of the Atlantic 10 Golf Championships at Orange County National.

Chris Caimano (Wrightstwon, NJ/Holy Ghost Prep) scored a 79 and John Glennie (Fallsington, PA/Conwell-Egan) penned a 78 also as the Explorers stayed astride with the pack in the conference championships. Defending champion Xavier leads the three-day event which concludes on Sunday.
