PHILADELPHIA, PA - Andrew Bernhard (Lancaster, PA/ Hempfield) has been named the Atlantic 10 `Co-Player of the Week' and to the Philadelphia Soccer 7 Honor Roll after the Explorers rolled to a 2-0 week ending on Sunday, October 28th.

Bernhard made 23 combined saves as his Explorers took Duquesne out 2-1 on Friday and then earned a 1-0 shutout over Saint Bonaventure on Sunday afternoon. The junior is a big reason why the team had won three in a row and is 3-2 in A-10 play. He boasts a 1.39 goals allowed average and has 52 saves on the season.

The next month will be no easy task for the Explorers as they spend all of November on the road. Next up for the blue and gold is Massachusetts on Friday, November 2nd at 3:00 PM, then Rhode Island on Sunday, November 4th at 2:30 PM.
