The La Salle volleyball team has been honored by the NCAA as a recipient of the Public Recognition Award. The Explorers earned the award by having an NCAA Division I Academic Progress Rate in the top 10 percent of all volleyball teams.

According to a release issued by the NCAA, the Explorers team and coaching staff have "demonstrated their commitment in the classroom and in their sport and are setting a great example for all students."

 

Coach Dave Stever's squad is in the midst of an eleven-day layover. They will conclude their season next week with back-to-back home matches versus Temple and Fordham.
