PHILADELPHIA - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America has revealed its 2007 College Team Academic Award winners and both the Men's and Women's La Salle University Soccer teams are among those recognized.

There were a total of 407 soccer teams (112 men, 295 women) that posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the NSCAA Team Academic Award for the 2006-07 academic year.

Of that total, 72 schools - which includes La Salle University - had both their men's and women's programs recognized. The complete list of all those schools can be viewed at the following site - NCSAA release.

The La Salle women's team posted a 3.28 GPA for the academic year, while the men's team earned a 3.16 GPA.
