Senior distance runner Sean Quigley (Braintree, MA) has been named the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference's (ECAC) Division I Men's Track `Athlete of the Week' after winning the mile race in 4:02.80 at the Gotham Cup. He also earned the Atlantic 10 `Performer of the Week' award, as his mile time is currently an A-10 best and second-fastest in La Salle running history.
Quigley's mile time provisionally qualified him for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, to be held on March 14th-15th at the University of Arkansas.
