Philadelphia, PA - The Big 5 has announced that La Salle University women's basketball player Morgan Robertson and men's hoopster Kimmani Barrett have been named Players of the Week.

Robertson led the Explorer women to a 3-0 record on the week while averaging 16.3 points and 7.7 rebounds in wins over Lafayette, Loyola (MD) and Rider. The honor comes one day after she earned the A-10 Player of the Week nod.

Barrett ended a two-game week with his first career double-double of 18 points and 12 rebounds in a loss at Cornell. Barrett also notched 16 points in a 92-75 Explorer win over Rider.

The Explorer men go back to work Tuesday night when they host Mount St. Mary's while the women are off until the 29th when they open up play at Lehigh's Christmas City Classic with a 5:00 PM game against Valparaiso.
