PHILADELPHIA, PA- The La Salle University's women's track team has come out on top in a couple of events in the Atlantic 10's weekly performance list.

Rachel Papin (Philadelphia, PA) currently holds the top spot in the 5000m race (16:39.76), qualifying for ECAC's.  Her time is nearly 20 seconds faster than the second-best time in the A-10.

The Explorer's distance medley relay team sprinted to a 11:45.92 time at last weekend's New Balance Collegiate Invitational, which is the top time in the A-10.  The DMR team consists of Papin, seniors Carolyn Lipovsky (Edison, NJ) and Adriana Boyle (Havertown, PA) and junior Meaghan Hobson (Malvern, PA). 

The Explorers will next head to the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships at the University of Rhode Island on Saturday, February 16th.
