At its annual banquet on February 17th, the La Salle volleyball team announced its end of the season awards.

In voting conducted by her teammates, senior Erin Sullivan was selected Most Valuable Player. Sullivan was the only Explorer to appear in all 118 games this past fall. She was second on the team in both kills (210) and assists (422), and tied for the team lead in service aces with 37.

Senior Stephanie Owen was given the Explorer Award for exhibiting outstanding team spirit, leadership and qualities that her teammates believe best represent the ideals and character of a student-athlete at La Salle.

Owen, Sullivan and senior Maeve Hanley will all graduate this spring after fine careers with the Explorers.
