Results

SWARTHMORE, PA- The La Salle Explorers competed in their final regular season event at Swarthmore's `Last Chance Meet' on Tuesday night before the postseason begins with IC4A and ECAC meets this coming weekend May 16^th-18^th. 

 

Kellilyn Fierras won the 1500m (4:45.74) while James Tchabo took third in both the 100m Dash (11.01) and 200m Dash (22.07). 

 

Adam Woodford placed second in the 110m Hurdles (15.69) and Korey Edwards raced to second in 800m (1:51.20).      

 

Several La Salle runners will compete at the IC4A and ECAC meets held at Princeton University on Friday, May 16^th-Sunday, May 18^th. 

 

Following a bye weekend over Memorial Day, the top La Salle tracksters will head to the NCAA East Regional on May 30^th-31^st at Florida State in Tallahassee, Florida including: Steven Rendall (110 and 400m Hurdles), men's 4x400m relay team (Jared Davis, William Rhea, Andrew Maxwell and James Tchabo), men's 4x800m relay team (Trevon Rainford, William Rhea, Sean Quigley and Korey Edwards), William Rhea (800m), Korey Edwards (1500m), Sean Quigley (5K),

 

The women's NCAA qualifiers include: Rachel Papin (5K),Christa Plummer (Steeplechase, 5K), Carolyn Lipovsky (1500m), women's 4x800 m relay team (Meaghan Hobson, Rachel Papin, Carolyn Lipovsky, Kellilyn Fierrias). 

 

Quigley has also qualified for NCAA Championships in the 10K, which will be held in Des Moines, Iowa at the Drake University from June 11^th-14^th.
