PHILADELPHIA - Senior Shannon Duval has been named the La Salle Student-Athlete of the Month for November as voted on by the Athletic Communications office.

Duval was honored by the Atlantic 10 Conference on Nov. 9 when she was selected as the A-10 Women's Swimming & Diving Performer of the Week.

In a tri-meet against Duquesne and St. Bonaventure (11/7), she totaled five first-place finishes and then followed that performance up with two first-place times (100-yard breast, 200-yard breast) in a home tri-meet against Delaware and Rider (11/14).

The Explorers return to action in January as they prepare for the Rhode Island Invitational.
