PHILADELPHIA - While finishing touches are put on La Salle's brand new softball field, the Explorers will open their home season on familiar turf from last year. Friday and Saturday's contests with Saint Joseph's will be held at the fields on Temple's Ambler Campus.

First pitch was moved up to 2:00 PM on Friday, with Saturday's game to commence at noon.

A location for Sunday's doubleheader against Temple has not been announced yet.
