Philadelphia, PA - Phillylacrosse.com recently tagged junior Jill Davis as the Wapner, Newman, Wigrizer & Brecher Collegiate Scholar-Athlete of the Week.

A Fall 2008 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection, Davis was named to the A-10 All-Academic Team after boasting a 4.0 grade point average (GPA). Davis, the 2007 A-10 Rookie of the Year winner, finished second on the team in both goals (28) and points (36). She dished out a career-high eight assists this season and scored in all but one game. Davis contributed two four-goal performances against Monmouth (3/11) and Lafayette (4/14).
