PHILADELPHIA - La Salle senior Ruben Guillandeaux has been named the Philadelphia Big 5 Player of the Week, it was announced today. Guillandeaux scored a career-high 29 points, including 25 points, to help La Salle rally from a 12-point deficit to beat Columbia, 82-71, on Friday night at Tom Gola Arena.

Guillandeaux, who was making his first appearance after missing the final 26 games last season due to injury, also had a career-high six three-pointers and 11 field goals. He added five rebounds and three assists in the win. He did not commit a turnover.

The Explorers visit #17/17 Baylor on Tuesday. The game will be broadcast on ESPN at 2 PM as part of the network's 24-Hour College Hoops Marathon.
