PHILADELPHIA - La Salle will recognize its four Academic All-Americans in men's basketball during the team's game versus Temple on Sunday at 2 PM. Senior Yves Mekongo, who was named a first team Academic All-American on Monday, will be joined by former Explorers Tony DiLeo, Tim Legler and Jack Hurd during a media timeout in the second half.

DiLeo, the assistant vice president for the Philadelphia 76ers, was La Salle's first Academic All-American in 1977. Legler earned the honor in 1986 and 1988, while Jack Hurd received Academic All-America honors in 1991 and 1992.
