PHILADELPHIA - Senior Rodney Green has been named to National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District 4 First Team, it was announced today. He is joined on the first team by Xavier's Jordan Crawford, Richmond's Kevin Anderson, Temple's Lavoy Allen and Duquesne's Damian Saunders. Green will now eligible for NABC All-America consideration.

Green led the Explorers with an 18.5 scoring average, ranking third in the Atlantic 10. The Philadelphia native also averaged 5.1 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game in his final campaign. Green ends his career ninth on the all-time points (1,914) and assists (390) lists at La Salle.

The second team was Temple's Ryan Brooks, Rhode Island's Keith Cothran and Delroy James, Charlotte's Shamari Spears and Dayton's Chris Wright.
