Green Scores 17 Points To Help Sqaud To Portsmouth Invitational Title; Named To All-Tournament Team

PORTSMOUTH, VA - La Salle's Rodney Green scored 17 points to lead K&D Rounds Landscaping to a 86-76 victory over Roger Browns in the championship game of the Portsmouth Invitational on Saturday. Green also added six rebounds and three assists in the victory. He was named to the all-tournament team on Monday.

The Explorer shot 6-for-14 on Saturday and averaged 16.0 ppg. in the three-game tournament.

The 58th annual Portsmouth Invitational, which includes the top 64 college seniors in a four-day, 12-game tournament in front of representatives from every NBA team.
