PHILADELPHIA - Success keeps following former Explorers as Solomiya Login '02 qualified for the 2010 IAAF World Race Walk Cup at the USA Team Trials in Ronkonkoma, NY, on Sunday, April 11.

Login finished second among American women and fifth overall in the 20 kilometer race walk course. She completed the race in one hour, 44 minutes and five seconds, less than 20 seconds off of the top American time of 1:43:46 posted by Maria Michta. Her time also marked a personal record, as she knocked four seconds off of her US Olympic Trial time.

With her mark, she qualified for the World Cup, set for May 15-16 in Chihuahua, Mexico.

The USA Team Trials of the World Race Walk Cup were hosted by Walk USA and the Long Island Association of USATF in conjunction with Sachem Central School District.
