PHILADELPHIA, PA- La Salle Student-Athletes have been visiting Logan Elementary School to host team sport clinics throughout the semester. La Salle's Volleyball Team took their opportunity to teach the Logan students the important skills of their sport.
The gym class was enthralled with drills and games that taught the students different fundamental skills and techniques used during Volleyball games and practices. Freshman Lauren Noga did an amazing job demonstrating skills to the students in a way that they easily comprehended, and Head Volleyball coach, Dave Stever, had a vivacious game plan to assist the students execute the skills they learned.
Head Coach Dave Stever put it best "Lauren and I had an absolute fun time teaching volleyball fundamentals to the kids at Logan. The students we worked with were eager, enthusiastic and very respectful to Lauren and I. The time we had with the students at Logan was so enjoyable that we couldn't believe how quickly we had to end our clinic. We look forward to doing this again with a larger group of our women's volleyball team".
