PORTSMOUTH, VA - La Salle's Rodney Green scored 16 points to help lead K&D Rounds Landscaping to a 90-56 victory over the Portsmouth Sports Club on Wednesday in the first round of the Portsmouth Invitational. Green added four assists and three rebounds in 26 minutes.

The Philadelphia native had 10 of his 16 points before halftime as K&D jumped out to a 46-20 lead at the break. Green shot 6-for-13 for the contest.

He will be back in action in the PIT semifinals on Friday at 7 PM against the Norfolk Sports Club. The championship game is set for Saturday at 8 PM.

The 58th annual Portsmouth Invitational, which includes the top 64 college seniors in a four-day, 12-game tournament in front of representatives from every NBA team.
