La Salle Crew hit the beautiful waters of Miami Beach, Florida for the week of January 7-16 to get an early start to the Spring 2011 season with a full week of two-a-day practices in the Miami sun.

The week long training trip gave the Explorers the chance to get out on the water before heading indoors to train on the ergometers before the season begins.
