PHILADELPHIA- Due to Saturday's substantial rainfall in the Delaware Valley, West Campus Field is in unplayable condition, causing La Salle and Saint Joseph's to cancel Sunday's Atlantic 10 Conference doubleheader.

By A-10 rule, cancelled conference games cannot be rescheduled.

La Salle Softball will return to the field on Wednesday when it heads to Marist for a midweek doubleheader. The first of the twin bill is slated for a 3 PM start. GoExplorers.com will have a full preview of the action.

The next time the Explorers play on their home dirt at West Campus Field will be Thursday when A-10 rival Dayton moves in to campus for a two-game set.
