2021 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Appeared in four meets… Ran 800 meters in 1:58.19 at Quaker Invitational (4/17)… Finished 19th/31 in 800 meters at Atlantic 10 Championships with time of 1:57.03 and ran a leg of the 4x800 relay (5/1-2).

2020 Outdoor/2021 Indoor: Seasons canceled due to COVID-19.

2020 Indoor: Made debut in the mile, taking fourth in 4:40.64 and running in 4x400 relay at Haverford Holiday Meet (12/7)… Ran 800 meters in 1:59.91 at Penn 8 Team Select (1/18)… Placed sixth in 800 meters with time of 2:00.08 at Patriot Games (1/24)… Also competed in 800 meters at Fastrack National Invite, finishing in 1:59.16 (2/14)… Was part of 4x800 relay team that finished sixth in 7:48.67 and DMR team that finished eighth in 10:30.32 at Atlantic 10 Championships (2/29-3/1).

2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Made outdoor debut in 800 meters and 4x400 relay at Penn Challenge (3/23)… Helped 4x400 relay to victory in 3:24.55 and was ninth in 800m with mark of 1:57.99 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29-30)… Ran 800m in 1:57.50 at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13) and 1:57.52 at Widener Invitational (4/20)… Helped sprint medley relay team finish seventh in 3:32.87 at Penn Relays (4/26)… Finished 800m in season-best 1:56.67 and ran a leg of 4x800 relay at A-10 Championships (5/4-5)… Competed in 400 meters at Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet, crossing in 52.53 (5/13).
 
2019 Indoor: Won the 800 meters in La Salle debut at Brian Horowitz Invitational, finishing in 2:02.05 (1/11)… Competed in 800m and DMR at Penn State National Open (1/25-26)… Ran 800m at Villanova Invitational (2/2) and Fastrack National Invite where he finished in 1:59.70 (2/8)… Crossed 800m in 2:00.93 for 12th at A-10 Championships (2/23).
