2021 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Appeared in two meets… Opened season in the 800 meters at Temple Invitational (4/9)… Ran 800 meters in 2:28.49 at Quaker Invitational (4/17).

2020 Outdoor/2021 Indoor: Seasons canceled due to COVID-19.   
 
2020 Indoor: Made debut in the mile at Haverford Holiday Meet, placing second in 5:37.00 (12/7)… Ran 800 meters at Patriot Games, UAlbany Winter Classic and Fastrack National Invite, with top time of 2:25.81… Finished 800 meters in season-best 2:24.05 and ran in 4x400 relay at Atlantic 10 Championships (2/29-3/1).

2019 Outdoor: Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Made outdoor debut at Penn Challenge in the 800 meters (3/23)… Steadily improved 800m time, running 2:27.12 at Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29), 2:22.36 at George Mason Spring Invitational (4/13) and 2:20.06 for sixth at Widener Invitational (4/20)… Member of 4x800 relay team that finished in 9:32.72 at Penn Relays (4/27)… Helped 4x800 relay team finish seventh in 9:13.07 and ran 800m in 2:19.03 at A-10 Championships (5/4-5)… Part of 4x800 relay team that finished in 9:31.40 at ECAC Championships (5/11).
 
2019 Indoor:Made La Salle track debut at Brian Horowitz, helping 4x400 relay team to third place finish in 4:14.82 and ran 800 meters (1/11)… Ran the 800 meters at Moravian College Indoor Meet (1/26)… Crossed 800m in 2:27.04 at Villanova Invitational (2/2) and 2:28.57 at Fastrack National Invite (2/8)… Competed in 800m at A-10 Championships in 2:28.04 (2/23).
