Ashley Coon, a 2006 graduate of Conwell Egan High School, returns to the Philadelphia area after spending four seasons behind the plate at Bryant University from 2007-2010 to join La Salle head coach Brianne Brown[apos]s coaching staff.

Coon, a three-year captain, saw significant playing time in all four seasons with the Bulldogs while working on her Bachelors Degree in Communication. During her time at Bryant, Coon landed her name in several categories throughout the school[apos]s record book.

Upon graduation, Coon wrapped up her Bulldog career with a total of 176 games played, ranking her fourth all-time in program history. In addition to that, Coon finished her career with 472 at bats, placing her sixth all-time. She ranks 11th all-time at the school for most hits with 128, she[apos]s ranked eighth in doubles with 25 and she is in fourth place for most walks at the school with 28.
