2010: Ran the Pre-Nationals 8K race in 25:49.5 (10/16)... Led the Explorer men at the IC4A Championships by running a 25:53.6 8K race (11/20)... Earned a top 50 finish at the Br. Doyle Meet of Champions by finishing the 8K course in 26:13.64 (9/18)... Finished the Paul Short Invitational race in 25:19 (10/1).
2009: Ran a 25:14 at Lehigh U 8k on Oct 2nd, for his year[apos]s best time and at the A10 champs ran the 8k in 28:21.2
High School: 2x State Champion XC (AA), 2x Outdoor 3200m State Champion (AA), NSIC Qualifier 5000m, Foot Locker Northeast Regional Qualifier.
